Where are you located?

Are you accepting new clients? If so, how do I book an appointment?
I am accepting and booking extension and color clients only right now. Head over to “New Guest” to learn more about my services. From there, you can directly book your consultation!
Do you have a cancellation fee?
I ask that all guests who need to reschedule, contact me within 48 hours of their appointment. This gives my guests on my cancellation list a chance to snag your spot! If you fail to show up to your appointment entirely, your card on file will be charged for 50% of your service booked.
What is the best way to pay you?
Cash is always preferred, but I take all major credit cards as well. Venmo and Zelle are not accepted.
I’m sick. Can I still come to my appointment?
Obviously sickness happens to the best of us. I ask all my clients to please be honest with me when they are sick. I will gladly reschedule you for another time as soon as you’re feeling better! If I get sick, no one gets their hair done and that’s just no fun!
Do you do wedding/event hair?
Event hair/ up-dos are not my specialty. With that being said, If you reach out, I will gladly recommend a stylist who I think would be a great fit!
Are Children Allowed in the Salon?
I absolutely adore children! However, at Lox Beauty Collective, we maintain a policy that children are only permitted in the salon if they have a scheduled appointment with one of our service providers. Please note that I do not offer kids cuts. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Do you work nights or weekends?
I work Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10-6. The latest appointment I will take is 4:00 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
